Facilities in School:

The school in Ban Phe is the Academic Headquarters for all of TEFL International’s 30+ locations worldwide with over 30 full-time staff members. It is also amongst our most popular Teacher Training location, and there are often over 20 teachers in training studying in Ban Phe as well. With this large number of staff and training teachers, there are always many interesting native-English speaking people to talk to. This environment is excellent for those who are serious about the study of English.

Of course, English Class is impossible without well-appointed, air-conditioned classrooms. Our school has seven large classrooms that can accommodate large and small groups. 

As internet is now a part of our daily lives. Whether it is communicating with our families and friends back home or we are using it to study English through chats or Emails, most of us need good access to the internet. 

At our English Immersion program in Ban Phe we have free wireless access so our students with laptop computers with the necessary hardware can quickly and effortlessly connect to the internet. There is also a small internet café at the school and another located just down the street. 

While some nights you will be speaking English with your friends, discussing Sports, Politics, Business or other subjects, some nights you may just like to relax and watch a movie. We have several hundred titles on DVD and a projection TV. 

Feeling like a little exercise? Take a ride down the beach on one of our bicycles. Again, no charge. Or, if you are feeling a little less energetic, rent a scooter! 

We operate a full restaurant with menu items from all over the world! Of course, meals are included in the price of the course so no matter if you are ordering Italian or Japanese, you will get a great meal.

Facilities in Hotel:

The Pines Beach Hotel is a beachside two-star hotel just 200 meters from the school. It has large, air-conditioned bedrooms and a swimming pool. It is just a short walk to the small village of Ban Phe and very near the piers to Samet Island.

Here are just a few of the varied activities that you can participate in while studying with us:

• Suan Son National Park and beach is right next to the school. 

• Samet Island is a famous beach island with white sand and beautiful clear water and it is just 20-minute boat ride away. 

• Pattaya, the famous tourist destinations famous for its nightlife and water sports is only 1 hour away. 

• Wind Surfing is immediately next to the Pines Beach Hotel. 

• Chang Island actually has over 50 islands and is just 3 hours away 

• Parasailing is one of our regular activities and is just 5 minutes away at the beach. 

• Snorkeling is available at Samet and Chang. 

• Rock wall climbing with our professional instructors and equipment is a regular activity at our school with our rock wall. 

• Ropes Courses are also regular activities at our school. 

• Rappelling/Abseiling is also a regular activity at our school.
